Membership and Registration Terms
2.1 Age Restriction
To open an account on 1betjili and take part in any game or betting activity, you must be at least 21 years of age. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. If asked to verify your age, the required identity document must be provided.
2.2 One Member, One Account
Each individual may open only one account. Multiple accounts held by the same person are prohibited. If multiple members of the same household operate accounts from the same device or IP address, this may be subject to review by 1betjili.
2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information
All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information may result in the account being suspended or cancelled. Information required for registration includes:

2.4 OTP Verification

Account Management and Security
3.1 Protection of Login Details
It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. This information should not be shared with anyone else. You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account, whether or not it was done with your permission.
3.2 Suspicion of Unauthorised Access
If you believe someone else has accessed your account or has learned your password, contact 1betjili live chat support immediately and change your password.
3.3 Account Transfer Prohibited
Selling, transferring, or renting any account or the balance held under it to a third party is strictly prohibited.
3.4 KYC Process
1betjili reserves the right to verify identity for withdrawals above a certain amount or in cases of unusual activity. In such cases, a national identity card, mobile number verification, or other documents may be requested.
Financial Transaction Rules
4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits
Deposits on 1betjili can currently be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no fixed maximum deposit limit, however deposits that are unusually large may require a verification process.
4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Process
bKash, Nagad, and Rocket can also be used for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests generally take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to process. A sufficient verified balance must be available in the account before submitting a withdrawal request.
4.3 Ownership of Payment Method
The mobile banking account used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in the name of the member. Transactions using a third party's account are not accepted and may be cancelled.
4.4 Transaction Finality

Bonus and Promotion Rules
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. To make this bonus withdrawable, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times. For example: on a ৳1,000 deposit receiving a ৳1,000 bonus, the total balance will be ৳2,000; before withdrawal, ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered.
5.2 General Bonus Terms
- A bonus can be claimed only once (unless the promotion details state otherwise).
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement has been met.
- If there is a pending withdrawal request in the account at the time of claiming a bonus, the bonus may be cancelled.
- If bonus abuse or manipulation is suspected, 1betjili reserves the right to cancel the bonus.
- Each promotion has a specific time limit; unused bonuses will be cancelled after the expiry date.
5.3 Weekly Reload Reward
Active members may claim the weekly 1betjili reload reward once per week. This bonus is 30% of eligible deposits, up to a maximum of ৳8,000, with a wagering requirement of 20 times. The minimum deposit is ৳200.
5.4 Cricket Season Deposit Bonus
The Cricket Season Deposit Bonus is available once per weekend for betting in the cricket and sports section. The bonus is 40% of the deposit, up to a maximum of ৳12,000, with a wagering requirement of 22 times.
5.5 Other Promotions
1betjili also has a number of other promotions, including a Slots Festival Bonus, Birthday Special Gift, and Refer a Friend Reward. The terms of each promotion are detailed on the promotions page and will be considered part of these terms and conditions.
Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 Finality of Bets
Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. In sports betting, once an event has started, the outcome of bets will be determined according to the rules of the relevant sport.
6.2 Match Cancellation or Abandonment
If a cricket match or other event is cancelled due to technical reasons or rain, the outcome of bets will be determined according to the international rules of the relevant sport. In most cases, the original stake is returned.
6.3 Technical Errors
1betjili reserves the right to void winnings that were incorrectly paid out due to a technical error in the game or betting system. In such situations, system logs and game server records will be treated as the final evidence.
6.4 Odds Changes
In sports betting, payouts will be determined based on the odds displayed at the time the bet was placed. Changes in odds after a bet has been confirmed will not apply.
VIP Program Terms
The 1betjili VIP Program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier — up to 0.4% at Bronze, 0.8% at Silver, 1.1% at Gold, and 1.5% at Platinum.
Weekly cashback is calculated based on total net losses for the week (total losses minus total winnings). For example: if a Gold member's net loss for the week is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 1.1% = ৳220 in cashback.
- VIP tier is determined based on regular activity and betting volume.
- If there is no activity within a specified period, the VIP tier may be downgraded.
- Cashback is automatically added to the account each week.
- 1betjili reserves the right to change VIP benefits at any time.
Prohibited Activities
Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and, if detected, may result in immediate account closure:
- Creating or operating multiple accounts
- Bonus manipulation or abuse (for example: placing opposing bets with the intention of collecting bonuses)
- Using hacking tools, cheating software, or bots
- Attempting unauthorised access to the platform's systems
- Attempting to steal or use another member's account details
- Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources
- Taking unfair advantage of technical errors
- Harassment or abusive behaviour towards other members or staff
If the above activities are detected, 1betjili reserves the right to close the account without notice, forfeit the balance, and take legal action where applicable.
Account Suspension and Closure
9.1 Suspension by 1betjili
1betjili may temporarily or permanently close any account for the following reasons:
- Breach of any clause of these Terms
- Failure to verify identity or providing false information
- Suspicious financial activity
- Evidence of bonus abuse
- Security risk or need for technical investigation
9.2 Account Closure by the Member
You may request closure of your own account at any time by contacting 1betjili support. A self-exclusion option is also available as part of responsible gambling, through which the account can be temporarily deactivated for a set period.
9.3 Balance After Account Closure
After an account is closed, if there has been no prohibited activity, the verified balance will be returned to the member's registered mobile banking account.
Limitation of Liability
1betjili will not be held liable in any circumstance for the following:
- Financial losses arising from a member's betting or gaming activity
- Problems caused by internet disconnection or device issues
- Third-party access resulting from a member's own negligence or disclosure of their password
- Issues with third-party servers, game providers, or payment gateways
- Loss of a game or bet due to unexpected technical failure
